We’re WestForge Builders, a small family business working with homeowners across the Edmonton area. We handle renovations, additions, new home construction, and general contracting. Whether you have one room in mind or plans for a whole house, we’ll take the time to understand what you want from it.
Alex has owned the business for 14 years. He started as a tile installer in Ukraine at 18 and has spent more than 35 years in the trades, including work across Europe and over 20 years in Canada. His background in full home renovations and new construction helps guide the work we take on today.
Clients often tell us we’re easy to work with. Some have come back for projects over the years and introduced us to their families. We’re proud of that. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions and talking openly about what you need from your home.
Work that goes deeper
On one renovation, we uncovered a tub leak that had rotted part of an exterior wall. We rebuilt the wall, including its sheathing, insulation, and vapour barrier. It’s the kind of work you won’t see in the finished photos, but it matters just as much.
